The Crow

▪ Title: The Crow
▪ Short Bio: His real name is Eric Draven, a rock musician who is revived by a crow from the dead to avenge his death and the rape and murder of his fiancée.

Ludwig van Beethoven

▪ Title: Ludwig van Beethoven
▪ Short Bio: He is a German composer who lived in Vienna until his death. A crucial figure in the transition between the Classical and Romantic eras in Western art music. By his late 20s his hearing began to deteriorate, and by the last decade of his life he was almost totally deaf. In 1811 he gave up conducting and performing in public but continued to compose; many of his most admired works came from the last 15 years of his life.

The Mask of Zorro

▪ Title: Zorro
▪ Short Bio: Zorro is the secret identity of Don Diego de la Vega, a Californio nobleman living in Los Angeles during the era of Mexican rule (between 1821 and 1846) who defends the commoners and indigenous peoples of the land against tyrannical officials and other villains. Not only is he too cunning and foxlike for the bumbling authorities to catch, but he also delights in publicly humiliating them.

Master Roshi - Dragon Ball

▪ Title: Master Roshi – Dragon Ball
▪ Short Bio: He is over three hundred years old, enjoys eating home delivered pizza and lives so far out into the ocean. He also enjoys reading, watching TV, using the internet (mainly for adult sites), playing video games and taking afternoon naps. He is a very lecherous pervert who constantly watches Wide-Thigh Aerobics on television or looks at Dirty Magazines in his spare time.

Singer Sewing Machine

This awesome build by Eugene Tan, a Singaporean builder who specialized in large build – almost fooled my eyes, it turns out not just the sewing machine that was build using bricks but the table and those details on top of it all made by bricks. He said that he built this for an upcoming exhibition and unfortunately nope, he said this can’t be use for sewing…hahaha 😀

ISD Tyrant

You’ll need a lot of love, patience, and a hell lot of bricks to make a huge build like this ISD Tyrant by raskolnikov268. At a glance I get fooled by his awesome editing space scene on how big and detail this beauty is, but when I look the unedited pictures my jaw just instantly drop! It’s such a mind blowing build this is!

The table and the room looks so small huh?

Bonus Pic 4: More Lighting or Contrast?

And the details is so well thought:

It’s always a joy when I see Omar Gonzalez new racer mech on my feed. His design style, proportion as well as his color combos are so unique and distinguish that it instantly recognizable even before I read who made it.

If you like to participate to make this kind of racer mech style, you can join and add your build in his MRL-Mecha Racing League group here 🙂

I always have a soft spot for walker as well as bulky design and this walker design by matt_0ne hits all of that. Not just the awesome proportion and cool design but if you look closer this was also a digital rendered that looks so realistic which can fooled your eyes.

He also kind enough to provide a building instruction via Repubrick.com on how to make his build, make sure to give him a credit when you make one 🙂

Small Scenes from a Big Galaxy

Vesa Lehtimäki is known for his realistic LEGO photography and I think he is one of the best around. Besides building what I love the most is when I took a shot of my build and Vesa’s awesome work is one of the thing that really aspires me to try to take my shot the best that I can, though it still no where near from his work…hahaha.

He just release a wonderful book called Small Scenes from a Big Galaxy and these beautiful shots are some of the shots that are on the book which is a MUST have book! 🙂 You can also visit his photostream to be amazed on all the works he did! 🙂

The Jawa Who Found Trouble

Rough Tatooine Landings

The Millennium Falcon

Rancor’s Sandpit

Sash Window

Though it seem simple but this clever half-stud offset technique by Yeoh Seng Huat will makes a real difference to your build since in reality most windows usually are sash windows. I’m eager to try this technique 🙂

Combined with wall techniques and these are the awesome result:

LEGO sash windows with classical architecture.

Old Town White Coffee

This awesome building by Ng WY (ToyCrazy) from LUG of Malaysia (LOM) is based on an actual outlet in his home town. He said Town White Coffee was founded in 1999 and has become well known, popular and more than just coffee to the region. The Locals adopted the unique roasting, brewing and stirring techniques based on the traditional way thus creating the unique Old Town aroma.

As for myself, I always enjoy a cup of Robusta coffee in the morning and I hope someday I could taste a cup of this town White Coffee described by Ng WY, it sure sounds really good! 🙂

Judge Bao

I’m not sure who is this character since Kijpakorn Sothiworanun‎ from Thailand who’s the creator of this awesome custom fig didn’t describe and mention any detail of it.

Based on the overall looks it reminds me a lot of a legendary character called Judge Bao who was a respected judge in China’s Song Dynasty and has become as the cultural symbol of justice in Greater China Region.

For context, here is the Judge Bao character from the TV series Justice Bao:
